Christmas is the time for yummy cookies, tasty punch and delicious dinners. We asked our colleagues to reveal their favourite Christmas recipes.
On December 10th, Anastasia Weihrauch (Specialist central purchasing, General Administration @ Mitsubishi Electric Germany), tells us how she prepares her favourite cookies.
Christmas Butter Cookies
“Easy, quick and tasty. 🙂
Our “favorite” recipe is baked every year in the run-up to Christmas and the whole family joins.”
Christmas Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
500g flour
250g butter
175g sugar
1 pck. of baking powder
1 pck. of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
For the decoration:
Icing or chocolate coating
sprinkles
How to make the cookies:
// Knead all ingredients into a firm dough.
// Roll out the dough thinly and cut out with cookie cutters.
// Bake at 160°C for 10-15 minutes.
// Decorate as you like.
